Integrated Contact Database
One address book for the organisation, used by every concert: the members, the helpers and the people you hire.
Bringing your contacts in
Import your members from a HarmonySite member export saved as CSV. You see who will be added and who updated before anything is written. Phone numbers are tidied into one form as they come in, using your organisation's country and area code. You can also add contacts one at a time.
Finding someone
Search by any part of a name, an email address or a phone number, however the number was typed. Filter by group and by part to see, say, every lead in the chorus.
Third party contacts and the venue
The venue, the sound and lighting firms, guest performers and anyone else you work with from outside are kept in Third party contacts, apart from the members: on Contacts, click Other and pick a category or All. Each keeps its people (the venue manager, the sound engineer), its phone, email, address and its files, such as the venue's floor plan. Pick the venue on the concert and its files and a map show on the concert's page.
Contacts and logins
A contact can have a login. When someone signs in with the same email as one contact, the two are linked, so their tasks and details find them. For a login made on the sign-up page this waits until the email has been checked, so nobody can claim someone else's contact.
Your information is yours
Download CSV on the Contacts page gives you every contact as a spreadsheet, at any time.
Where: Contacts in the organisation's top bar, and Other on the Contacts page.
