There are a myriad of tasks involved in Concert Planning. Concert Planner brings these together into a coherent framework. Tasks can be tracked, handed off to helpers and subcontractors. Helpers only see what they need to see so the tasks are less overwhelming. Helpers can mark their own task off, then the concert manager can sign them off.
It is not a heavy platform. It is a simple framework that can be tweaked by the Concert Manager.
The core pieces are intentionally simple. Each one makes your planning clearer and gives you a system you can understand.

Architecture
Each task is a clear and simple item.
Tasks are grouped as workstreams. A workstream can be shown or hidden.
Any word can be searched for in the tasks. All tasks with that word are shown.
Tasks can be filtered by Person Responsible, Status, Workstream.
Tasks can be sorted by Workstream, Date Due, Most Urgent, Status.
The Concert Manager has complete control over who can modify things, view things or mark things as done.
Your logs will tell you who did what. If tasks are modified you can see who did that and when.
You can keep track of what is holding up a particular task and what tasks are dependent on other tasks.
Start your concert, bring in your contacts and your venue, then work through the tasks with your helpers.
